I am Kate.  She is Courtney.  We live in Mt. Pleasant, the greatest neighborhood in Washington, DC.  We love it, and we want you to love it, too.  So we’re going to tell you about all of our advertures with the earnest hope that you will become so enraged with jealousy you will either never speak to us again or move to MtP and become our neighbors.  That way we can eat Heller’s croissants and flirt with farmer’s sons at the market.  Together.  With you.  Because we love you, almost as much as The Mount.
